Deepen Cooperation and Forge Ahead Hand in Hand —— The Chairman of ACEK Group Pays a Visit to the Leaders of Jinan City and Visits Iraeta.

From January 20th to 21st, 2025, Mr. Francisco Riberas, Co-Chairman of the Spanish ACEK Group and Global Executive Chairman of Gestamp, and Mr. Jon Riberas, Co-Chairman of the ACEK Group and Executive Chairman of GRI Renewable, paid a visit to Jinan.

On January 20th, Liu Qiang, Secretary of the Jinan Municipal Party Committee, met with Francisco Riberas and Jon Riberas at Shungeng Villa. Liu Qiang extended a warm welcome to the guests and briefly introduced the economic and social development situation of Jinan. The two sides exchanged views on cooperation in such fields as new energy and high-end manufacturing.

ACEK is an important industrial group in Spain, with its business spanning automotive parts, deep processing of steel, renewable energy, and other sectors. It owns more than 200 factories and offices in over 30 countries around the world. Iraeta is the core high-end equipment brand of the ACEK Group and also a crucial part of its investment in China. As a core segment in the field of clean energy, it has consistently contributed strong growth momentum to the entire group.

On January 21st, Mr. Francisco Riberas and Chairman Jon Riberas paid a visit to Iraeta for work-related exchanges. Niu Yugang, the Chairman of Iraeta, along with the company's senior executives, warmly received them.

Niu Yugang accompanied Mr. Riberas and his entourage on a tour of each business division and provided a detailed introduction to the company's work in recent years in aspects such as market expansion, technological research and development, equipment renovation, and safety and environmental protection.

Mr. Jon Riberas shook hands cordially with the frontline workers.

At the subsequent symposium, Niu Yugang extended a warm welcome to Mr. Francisco Riberas for his first visit (acknowledging the long-standing and profound friendship with the Riberas family over the years) and jointly reviewed the growth journey in China with Chairman Jon Riberas.

Mr. Francisco Riberas said that he was amazed by Iraeta's top-level technological research and development. The on-site management he observed during his visit, as well as the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives in all business divisions, fully demonstrate that Iraeta's factories in China are of an internationally high standard.
