Heat treatment—A Unique Composite Heat Treatment Technology
We have integrated advanced Spanish heat treatment technology and collaborated with research institutions to develop a proprietary composite heat treatment process. This process involves multiple quenching stages, precise control of quenching liquid temperatures, and continuous tempering. These techniques significantly enhance the uniformity of hardness throughout our steel balls and improve their overall wear resistance.
