Leveraging our robust manufacturing capabilities and deep expertise, we collaborate with leading institutions such as the Institute of Metal Research (IMR) at the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Tsinghua University. Our joint R&D focuses on homogenized manufacturing and integrated non-welded fabrication of cylindrical forgings for critical components like pressure vessels and evaporators. To date, we have successfully developed a series of test pieces for pressure vessel cylinders used in nuclear power, deep-sea engineering, and high-end refining applications. Our proficiency spans the entire production lifecycle—material preparation, forging & rolling, heat treatment, machining, and inspection—backed by extensive hands-on experience in delivering precision-engineered solutions.
