Iraeta (Jining) Company operates the world's largest Austrian GFM RF100 2000-ton radial precision forging machine, complemented by 3T/ 8T/12T electro-hydraulic hammers, 2M/5M ring rolling mills, and 1600T/2000T/4500T quick forging presses. Our versatile forging capabilities encompass hot, cold, and warm forging processes, enabling us to work with specialized materials such as stainless steels, titanium alloys, superalloys, and non-magnetic steels. We produce a comprehensive range of profiles including round, square, flat, and rectangular sections, along with stepped shafts and thick-walled tubes in extra-long dimensions

Iraeta's Jining facility is equipped with over 20 heat treatment furnaces, including natural gas car-bottom annealing furnaces, electric resistance furnaces, and quenching lines, with a maximum processing length of 20 meters.

The machining workshop at Iraeta's Jining facility spans 50,000 square meters and is equipped with over 20 CNC vertical lathes, more than 20 CNC horizontal lathes, over 10 large CNC horizontal lathes, 3 gantry milling machines, 2 deep-hole boring machines, 2 large vertical saws, 7 horizontal saws, 1 centerless lathe, 1 centerless grinder, and 3 peeling machines.

These CNC vertical lathes can process diameters up to 4,000 mm; sawing machines handle materials ranging from 100 to 1,500 mm in diameter; large horizontal lathes offer a maximum processing diameter of 1,200 mm and a length capacity of 18 meters; deep-hole drilling and boring machines accommodate diameters from 600 to 1,300 mm; and milling machines provide a working capacity of 3 meters by 10 meters.
