Iraeta operates an Austrian GFM RF100 2,000-ton radial forging machine, capable of producing bar products up to 25 meters in length. This capability extends the boundaries of traditional forging in terms of size, material performance, and product geometry.

Supported by an integrated equipment cluster that includes electro-hydraulic hammers, ring rolling mills, and forging presses, we provide high-quality hot, warm, and cold forging solutions for advanced materials such as stainless steel, titanium alloys, superalloys, and non-magnetic steels.

Iraeta (Jining) is equipped with a range of advanced heat treatment facilities, including natural gas car-bottom annealing furnaces, electric resistance heat treatment furnaces, and quenching lines. Through precise control of heating, soaking, and cooling processes, we ensure consistent microstructure and mechanical properties throughout the entire bar—from end to end and from surface to core—meeting the stringent reliability requirements of high-end equipment manufacturing.

To meet customers’ requirements for dimensional accuracy and surface quality, Iraeta (Jining Base) operates a 50,000 m² machining workshop equipped with a wide range of advanced processing equipment, including CNC vertical lathes, CNC horizontal lathes, large-scale CNC turning centers, gantry milling machines, deep-hole boring machines, and centerless grinding machines.
