Our large-diameter thick-walled cylinder shells manufactured using the "forging-rolling" process have reached internationally advanced standards. Compared to open-die forged cylinders, this process demonstrates significant advantages in material utilization, production efficiency and mechanical properties - particularly suited for applications requiring high strength and stability. We have successfully delivered numerous pressure vessel cylinders for nuclear power, petrochemical and deep-sea engineering projects, accumulating extensive manufacturing expertise.
Collaborative Material Development with Academicians
Core component materials critically determine performance characteristics, while large ingot material utilization significantly impacts cost structures. In partnership with Academicians Li Yiyi and Li Dianzhong from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, we offer both conventional custom ingots and innovative metal construction formed ingots - a groundbreaking technology achieving over 95% material utilization.
