From Our 'Home' to the 'Big Family' — Iraeta's 2024 Employee Family Open Day.

On June 9, 2024, Iraeta warmly hosted its "Together on the Iraeta Journey: Grateful for You" Employee Family Open Day. Sixty-plus employees and family members from twenty households joined the company with excitement to share heartfelt moments.

During the discussion session, Iraeta President Yu Gao and Chairman Representative Yugang Niu warmly welcomed each family member. President Gao said, “Behind every employee stands the selfless support of family. It is your understanding and encouragement that enable Iraeta to keep moving forward and achieve greater success.”

Assistant to the Chairman and Haicheng Logistics General Manager Wei Wang delivered greetings: “This is our second time hosting this event. Inviting families into the factory not only showcases our work environment but also reassures everyone that Iraeta cares for every employee as it would its own family.”

Next, everyone watched a touching video of personal messages. In it, a wife’s heartfelt advice and children’s hopes resonated deeply, moving every person present.

Factory Tour & Emergency Training

Families toured the production line up close to learn about our processes. The company also invited Dr. Shilin Deng and Nurse Tingting Li from the Guanzhuang Community Health Service Center to demonstrate emergency first-aid techniques, allowing employees and their families to gain valuable skills through hands-on practice.

A special moment saw children presenting carefully prepared gifts to their parents—some offering flowers, others showcasing hand-drawn artwork. Each gift carried a child’s pure love and best wishes.

The event concluded with employees and families departing filled with warmth and gratitude. This Open Day not only bridged the gap between their “home” and our “big family” but also strengthened the emotional bond between the company and its extended family—embodying the theme “Together on the Iraeta Journey: Grateful for You.”
