Iraeta and LANPEC Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement
On August 14, 2026, Iraeta and Lanzhou LS Group Co., Ltd. (LANPEC) signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Lanzhou. The two companies will deepen their cooperation in high-end energy equipment, with a focus on materials R&D, forging, equipment manufacturing, and industrial collaboration.
Niu Yugang, Chairman of Iraeta, and Wang Zhimin, General Manager of LANPEC, attended the signing ceremony. Gao Feng, Deputy General Manager of LANPEC, and Cao Xuzhong, Executive President of Iraeta, signed the agreement on behalf of the two companies.

The agreement builds on the strong industrial foundations and technical capabilities that the two companies have developed over the years.
With more than 70 years of experience in the energy equipment industry, LANPEC operates in areas including energy equipment, industrial machinery, and specialty metal materials. Its capabilities cover the full range from materials R&D and equipment manufacturing to system integration.
Iraeta specializes in the manufacturing of large and ultra-large energy forgings. Its manufacturing capabilities include a 22,000-ton open-die forging press and large-scale ring and shell rolling equipment. Its products cover ultra-large forged rings, heavy-duty shell sections, nuclear power forgings, and high-temperature alloy forgings, serving industries including energy equipment and marine engineering.
Building on their complementary strengths in materials, forging, equipment manufacturing, and system integration, the two companies will expand their cooperation from product supply to joint R&D and broader industrial collaboration.
In high-end forging manufacturing, the two sides will strengthen technical cooperation across key processes, including forging, welding, heat treatment, and machining. They will also work together on R&D projects and the commercialization of related technologies and results.
The signing marks a new step in the two companies’ cooperation. Going forward, Iraeta and LANPEC will establish regular communication and project coordination mechanisms, build on their existing cooperation, and explore new areas for collaboration. Together, they will work to strengthen the manufacturing and technical capabilities of the high-end energy equipment industry.
