We regularly welcome local schools to visit our facilities, where students can experience firsthand the exciting world of industrial engineering. These visits ignite their curiosity about science, technology, engineering, and math, helping them envision a future full of possibilities.
Caring for Vulnerable Communities
The Iraeta Sunshine Charity Foundation, established in 2013 through a joint employee-company initiative, focuses on supporting left-behind children and elderly communities. To date, we've provided various forms of assistance to over 300 individuals in need.

Crafting Leadership
At Iraeta, whether you work on the shop floor or in the office, everyone has a pathway to senior leadership. We've established Master Craftsman Studios in key departments, complete with dedicated spaces that foster both deep technical expertise and cross-functional knowledge sharing.
No Bullying, Just Support
We are committed to attracting, nurturing, and empowering young professionals. Every year on November 16th, we celebrate New Staff Day — a company-wide initiative that encourages all departments and senior colleagues to mentor new team members and foster an inclusive, respectful work environment, firmly rejecting any form of workplace bullying.
A Joyful Factory
Our staff enjoy a wide range of recreational and sports amenities. We host annual events such as sports days and National Day celebrations, fostering camaraderie and team spirit. Employees have also formed football and basketball teams that regularly compete with teams from other companies.
Family-Friendly Workplace
We are proud to be a family-friendly employer. Every year on June 1st, we host a Family Open Day, where employees' families can tour our facilities, learn about our corporate strategy, and actively contribute to building a strong safety culture in the workplace.
Championing Gender Equality
The forging industry has traditionally been a male-dominated sector. However, at Iraeta, women are well represented across all areas, from the office to the workshop. We foster an inclusive and equitable workplace, offering facilities such as lactation rooms to support women in both leadership and technical roles, recognizing their full potential.

As a forging specialist, we place the highest priority on the well being of our employees. With ongoing training and a dedicated HSE department, we proactively identify and mitigate workplace risks, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment by eliminating potential hazards.
